press 0 for customer service or Option 1 to make a payment.
TO MAKE A UTILITY PAYMENT
You can make water, electric and sewer payments by phone
24 hours a day and 7 days a week by calling (877) 885-7968. Choose
Option 1 and the PSN automated system will walk you through the
payment process.
You can also use your Discover, Visa, or Master Card Credit/Debit
cards and even E-Checks to make an online payment or set up automatic
withdrawals through the PSN system by clicking one of the links
below:
TO TURN ON/OFF UTILITIES
The Utilities Department's Customer Service/Billing Office is
available between 8 am and 5pm Monday through Friday, except
holidays to assist you with adding or removing electrical, water and
sewer services. This office accepts cash, check or money
order payments only. The office is located at 322 Main Street with
convenient parking in the rear of the building. If you have
questions regarding your service, your bill or to make a payment
