Forms, Permits and
Applications
All information must be filled out completely. Any forms that are
not filled out completely will be returned, and will not be
accepted. Any permits that require payment must be paid for at Niles
City Hall, 508 E. Main St., or at the Building Safety Division
offices located at 1345 E. Main Street in Niles, Michigan or mail your completed
form along with a check or money order payable to the City of Niles
to: Attention Building Safety Division or Attention Public Works or
Attention City Clerk, etc. at 508 E. Main Street, Niles, MI
49120. We will
see that the form is processed immediately by the correct
department.
We have made our forms "fill-in-able."
 This means that
you can complete a
form/permit from your browser, print it,
and then either mail or fax it to the
appropriate department. |
